GWINN, MI-- Two men were arrested after the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team executed search warrants at a couple of Gwinn residences Monday.
Detectives searched the Maple Street homes and found more than 60 grams of suspected cocaine, 19 grams of suspected heroin, 5 grams of crack cocaine, marijuana, prescription pills, nearly $7,000 in cash, and evidence of drug trafficking.
The suspects, a 62-year-old man from Gwinn and a 35-year-old man from Milwaukee, remain lodged in the Marquette County Jail, pending arraignment.
The arrests were part of a six-month-long investigation.
