COPPER HARBOR, MI (AP)--   The Isle Royale Queen IV is offering cruises to see the Manitou Island and Gull Rock lighthouses on Lake Superior.

The Daily Mining Gazette of Houghton reports that one cruise was offered earlier this month and a second will go out Saturday.

The Keweenaw Land Trust is one of two beneficiaries of the charity cruise. It owns and maintains the Manitou Island Light Station on an island about three miles off

the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula. The other beneficiary is the Gull Rock Lightkeepers. It owns and maintains the Gull Rock Lighthouse on an exposed rock just west of Manitou Island.

The cruises are hosted by Captain Ben Kilpela and the Isle Royale Line. Money raised goes for restoring the two lighthouses
