The Marquette Regional History Center presents: Discovering the Ancient Caribou Hunters of Marquette County’s Silver Lake Wednesday March 22, 6:30-8:00 p.m. 12,000 years ago on the shoreline of Silver Lake a herd of migrating caribou stopped for a drink, and ancient hunters using wooden spears with stone tips suddenly appeared.
