Two suspects arrested for operating meth lab in vehicle.

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, MI--   Two Marquette County residents are jailed for operating a meth lab inside a vehicle.

Monday around 3 p.m. Forsyth Township Police were advised to be on the lookout for a gray Oldsmobile Alero.  Witnesses reported seeing a female, a male passenger, and a meth lab in the vehicle.

After a search officers found the vehicle and stopped it on Johnson Lake Road. A man got out of the car and fled the scene, while the female driver was detained. Investigation uncovered an active lab in the vehicle’s passenger compartment, along with methamphetamine precursors.

The male suspect was later found inside another vehicle and arrested.

Andrea Amromov, 32, of Champion and Devin Dahlstrom, 23, of Marquette were lodged in the Marquette County Jail for operating/maintaining a meth lab.

Dahlstrom’s bond is set at $100,000>  Amromov’s bond is 10 percent of $100,000.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
