HOUGHTON COUNTY, MI - Michigan State Police from the Calumet post are asking for the public’s help in their investigation of several camp break-ins in the Kenton area of Houghton County. Troopers say approximately 15-20 camps were broken into in June , and large items like 4-wheelers and lawn equipment were taken. One of the victim’s, Paul Jarski, is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects involved in the break-ins. Anyone with information is being asked to call the Calumet post at 906-337-5145. Troopers say all tips will remain anonymous at the caller’s request.
