MARQUETTE, MI-- An Ishpeming man has been arrested for sexually assaulting someone under 13 years old.
Daniel Larson, 40, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of assault
with intent to commit sexual penetration. The crimes allegedly happened in December of 2014.
Larson was lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
He was convicted in September 2000 of fourth-degree CSC with a person 13 to 16 years old, and in August 2010 of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration. Larson is a registered sex offender.
A preliminary hearing is set for January 25.
