HANCOCK, MI-- Erin Barnett has been named Dean of Students at Finlandia University.
Barnett came to Finlandia in 2013 from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky, where she worked with the first-year college experience. In her final position there she was the Director of First Year Learning Communities and Courses.
At Finlandia Barnett advanced from Coordinator of Academic Support Services to Director of Academic Success and Student Life in 2014.
Barnett accepted the dean position in July.
