Marquette woman facing drug charges

MARQUETTE, MI--   Marquette Police have released the name of one of the suspects arrested in a drug bust Wednesday.  

Officers and UPSET detectives executed a search warrant at a house on the 300 block of West Bluff Street and discovered drugs.  Two people were arrested, including Andrea Tyler, 34.  She’s charged with maintaining a drug house and possession of a controlled substance. 

Child Protective Services was called in to assist young children that were living in the house.

Details about the second suspect have not yet been released.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
