(MARINETTE, WI)- Five people have been brought up on drug charges in Marinette.
According to The Daily News, the five suspects are identified as 19-year old Brian Magana, 51-year old Javier Magna, 45-year old Manuel Mendoza, 38-year old Marco Magana, and Maria Hilda Magana-Mendoza, whose age was not released. All are residents of Green Bay.
They are charged with knowingly and intentionally conspiring to manufacture and possess with the intent to distribute marijuana.
The offense involved more than 1,000 marijuana plants at two separate locations in Marinette County, a U.S. Department of Justice news release reported.
If convicted, the suspects face a mandatory minimum of 10 years to life imprisonment, up to $10 million in fines and at least five years on supervised release.
