ISHPEMING, MI-- An Ishpeming man has been arrested on criminal sexual conduct charges.
City Police say Richard Keller, 25, was arrested Sunday on two counts of third-degree CSC. A warrant was authorized by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office following an investigation into Keller allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl in 2014 and 2015.
Each charge is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
Keller was lodged in the Marquette County Jail but released on Monday after posting a bond of 10 percent of $50,000 on each count.
A preliminary exam is set for September 13 in Ishpeming District Court.
