ISHPEMING, MI-- The Ishpeming Police Department is thanking the public for its help in identifying a subject wanted in a theft case.
The man was seen on surveillance video at Jubilee Foods last Wednesday putting a bottle of alcohol down the front of his pants. Employees tried to stop him, but he fled from the store, across US-41 and into some woods.
Police say the incident is still under investigation and will be turned over to the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
