MARQUETTE, MI-- A Gwinn man is lodged in the Marquette County Jail for criminal sexual conduct.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office and Forsyth Township Police recently completed an investigation of Dennis Forbes, 35. The Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a sexual assault allegedly committed in West Branch Township. Forbes is suspected of having sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13.
Forbes is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct on a victim younger than 13 and second-degree CSC on a victim younger than 13.
He remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $500,000 cash surety bond.
