ESCANABA, MI-- An Escanaba man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Michigan State Police took John Schiska into custody Friday. The Delta County Prosecutor’s Office’ issued a 14-count felony warrant related to distribution of child sexually abusive material, possession of child sexually abusive material, and using a computer to commit a crime.
The investigation has been conducted by the Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit. Ongoing assistance has been provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the MSP Emergency Support Team, Escanaba Public Safety, the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Delta County Prosecutor’s Office.
